Terms and Conditions

1. The Gift Card promotion (“Homewares Gift Card”) is available for occasions registered from now until 30^th July 2011.
2. The Homewares Gift Card can only be redeemed in any of the following departments: Kitchenware, Dinnerware, Glassware, Silverware, Collectables, Napery, Manchester, Soft Furnishings, Luggage, Vacuums, Small Appliances, Large Appliances (excludes Miele), Audio Visual, Furniture, Stationery, Home Decorator, Home Office, Sheridan, Royal Doulton, Waterford Wedgwood, Villeroy and Boch, Orrefors Kosta Boda.
3. The minimum spend on a Registry must be $2000 and the minimum number of items purchased must be 10 at the time the gifts are delivered or the occasion has occurred.
4. Gift Card purchases are not included as part of the minimum spend or minimum items purchased from a Registry.
5. To be eligible to receive the Homewares Gift Card the occasion date and delivery (if applicable) must occur prior to 30^th October 2011.
6. The Homewares Gift Card will be mailed to the registrant(s) in a separate delivery after gifts have been delivered or the occasion has occurred. The Gift card will be delivered approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the gifts are delivered (or after the occasion has occurred where no delivery is requested).
7. The Homewares Gift Card will be mailed to the nominated delivery address as provided to David Jones during the registration process.
8. David Jones will determine the value of the Registry and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Offer excludes Baby and Christening Registries and personal shoppers. Standard Gift Card Terms and Conditions apply.
